1. MERPATI PUTIH
Established since 1963, Merpati Putih is a traditional Indonesian bare hands martial arts; a legacy that was inherited from Jogjakarta  Palace, combined with respiratory workout.
Merpati Putih has a lot of branches inside and outside the country (Thailand, Japan, Australia, UK, USA, Netherlands, Uzbekistan) .
2.TAEKWON-DO  ITF
Modern Taekwon-Do differs greatly from other martial arts. It is so advanced with regard to the sophistication and effectiveness of its technique or the over-all physical fitness it imparts to its practitioners.
Since the theories, terminology, techniques, systems, methods, rules, practice suit, and spiritual foundation were scientifically developed, systematized, and named by the author, it is an error to think of any physical actions employing the hand and feet for self-defence as Taekwon-Do. Only those who practice the techniques based on the author’s theories, principles and philosophy are considered to be students of genuine Taekwon-Do.
3.AIKIDO
Aikido in Morphology / Language is the way to harmony of the universe and man. Aikido itself was created by Morihei Ueshiba who combines all the essence of traditional Japanese martial arts by adding a spiritual element in it.
Aikido is a Japanese martial art of self-defense that is purely by emphasizing the principle of softness with movements that do not fight force with force, but with flowing / directing attacks the opponent to then immobilize the opponent without any intention to wounding. The whole of aikido techniques performed with movement patterns adjust the circular structure that is safe for human joints in practice.
